"Was really good at the beginning but started to fall off early this year and apparently my payment didn't go through in July but I didn't find out till late August and when I called to try and pay the past due the person I talked to said no and had to pay it all ( past and currant) but their time to be available for me doesn't match (they open at 9-5 but for me me is 10-6) and almost every time I've call I have to leave a voice mail and don't hear back till way later in the day if i call early in the morning or days later. I use to get calls and notifications but not this year. Back to my recent event Lara reached out to me to help me make a payment and made it so I had more time to pay my past due.
